Yes, life is like a bottle of vodka, when it's full you think, maybe worry how you're going get the maximum out of it, when it's flowing, you start moving where it takes you, and by the time it's empty, you don't care about anything in the world, anymore.
Don't you think it's true?
The end of BTech
Today it was the last theory paper of BTech, although there are still practicals and BTP presentation left, but it feels like the BTech life has come to an end. At this juncture it's not unusual for people to look back and think of what was right, what was wrong, what I could have done better, and many such questions, and also anticipation for the future. Glossing over the past is not something I do, ever. Thinking ahead is also something I'm not adept at, so what remains is this moment. What am I thinking at this specific moment? Well I started writing this stuff, and I lost myself. I was thinking about life without a lot of things, life without the afternoon siesta, life without sleeping late at night and waking up after ten am, life without worrying about where from to get money for the next smoke, life without...well a hell lot of things that make life fun, well maybe some will remain and some new ones will come up.
My mind's getting a bit philosophical after the last line above, so maybe I should stop before any philosophical crap starts flowing from my figertips, otherwise it'll be difficult to end. Maybe some other day I'll write down the philosophy of my life, and let the world read it, but today is not that day, I've got to perpare for my BTP, lab and seminar, so goodbye for now dear blog, and anyone who's reading this.Have a nice day.
I'll be back, soon.

"Hello World!"
What better way for a geek to start his blog than those two words (also because I don't know where to start). Well if you're not a geek, then FYI, this is the line that every programmer is supposed to print with his first program. (Feminists please forgive me, but I can't use "his/her" every time I refer to second or third person!)
Also, please note, that what's written here is in a random order, just as they come to my mind.
Now, since I'm writing this blog to tell everyone about myself, where should I start...ummm first the physical facts of my life. I was born in the summer of 1983, did my schooling from Delhi
Public School, Dhanbad, somehow, through grace of God, or through some freaky luck or any other reason I managed to scrape through IIT-JEE in 2001, and landed up at CSE-ITBHU, where I still am.
Now, about me, well lets say I'm a simple-minded, complex creature, if you know what I mean! I don't think that there is any absolute good or any absolute evil in the world, rather everything, everyone is made of both. This is a simple fact, not much when you listen to it, but tell me how
many people can think that their loved ones can commit evil, or that their enemies can do anyone any good?
My love for computers is only exceeded by my love for fiction, or any other book that's not a
part of my course. I don't know if it's true, but my mom says that my love for books started when I could'nt even turn over, she says that whenver I cried she'd hand me a book, any book, and I'll fall silent. Computers, I first saw one at school, it was a 386 or 486, no hard-disk, boot from floppy, and it was love at first sight, like a whole new world opening up in front of my eyes.
The love continues and is still strong, even today I spend most of my waking time with my
computer.
Of the many books I've read the two that've influenced me the most are Atlas Shrugged and
Fountainhead. Ayn Rand's philosophy of objectivism sans the atheism part, is something that
appeals to the very core of my heart, or should I say mind. I use the phrase "sans atheism", as I
do believe in God, I have my reasons, though I may not be able to convince others to it, yes I am a believer and I pray to God every day, but I also believe that religion is futile. I say so,
because every day I see the hatred people have for others, I read news of what fanatics are doing in the name of God, and I feel sad, surely God did not want us to fight over the proper manner of worshipping Him.
What do I love besides books and silicon machines? Well I love pulling legs, not literally
though! This can be better said by people who've been at the receiving end of my sarcasms.
I am very cool creature, the reason is that I believe in Destiny, Anything that has to happern
will happen, and in God, Whatever happens is for the ultimate good, so there's nothing left to
worry about in life. So I don't get worked up every time soething comes up, exams or whatever.
I'm usually lazy, but if I accept a job, I usually do it and do it well.

There are many things that I've left out, many things yet to be said, but right now my random
rants must stop, maybe I'll follow up with more posts.
